Job Description


Under direct supervision, the Mixing Plant Operator assists in the rigging up and down of Mixing Plant service line equipment and assembly and preparation of equipment for installation and service. The individual in this job role assists in the running of a job and at the culmination of each job, the Mixing Plant Operator, aids in the clean-up, repair, and preparation for the next.


  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • No more than 2 accident(s) violations in the last three (3) years. No more than 3 moving violations (speeding, etc.) in the last three (3) years. No more than one (1) accident and no more than two (2) moving violations in the last three (3) years. No DWI/DUI in the last five (5) years.
  • Pass the company’s drug
  • Pass the company’s “Physical Functions Assessment”.
  • Motor vehicle record qualifies individual to be an approved company
  • Acceptable criminal
  • Ability to use simple mathematical calculations using whole numbers, fractions and decimals (addition, subtraction, division and multiplication) to make job related
